Shipping Information
We do not ship with a tracking number or additional insurance unless requested. Please contact us via email prior to ordering for a shipping quote if you require tracking or additional insurance.
We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly as we cannot be responsible if it is shipped to the wrong one.
Once shipped most domestic orders take 5 to 15 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. PLEASE NOTE - Since March 2020, Canada Post does NOT guarantee delivery dates due to the pandemic.
International packages that are sent out can get stuck in customs. Please understand that any delay in the delivery of your package due to customs, is out of our control.
Lennon and Lime is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Custom fees during shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.
Local Pickup
If you reside in the Lower Mainland and would prefer to pick up your order, pick up is available in Langley. Once your order is completed we will email you to arrange a time to pick up your purchase. You will be asked to email the evening before with an approximate time window, and must pick up your order within two weeks. If this isn’t possible for you, please select shipping instead.
Returns
As all items are handmade to order all sales are final. No exchanges or returns.
